This closing spanned two states, two transactions, and one very tight window.
Our buyer found Coastal Collective Group to help relocate from Hawaii to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, purchasing a home in Riverside at Carolina Park, all cash, while coordinating the sale of her Hawaii home at the same time. One move could not happen without the other. The timelines were fully intertwined.
We went under contract once.
The Hawaii sale hit turbulence.
So we paused without burning leverage or price.
Then we rebuilt the deal. Went under contract again.
The second contract preserved the original price point while tightening execution. Repair standards were re-confirmed, critical systems were re-inspected, and documentation was verified across the board. HVAC. Electrical. Moisture prevention. Structural items. All cleared. All accounted for.
While most agents focus only on the house in front of them, Coastal Collective Group coordinated across markets, staying involved with the Hawaii side, aligning wire timing, inspections, travel logistics, and due diligence deadlines so the transition to South Carolina stayed intact.
And the work did not stop at closing.
We continued supporting the client after closing, helping manage final walkthrough items, finishing work, service coordination, and the practical realities of relocating across the country into Riverside at Carolina Park in Mount Pleasant. And we're still here helping.
